What Are You Actually Working On?
Live on Zoom. Recording available.
The Studio Session is a live working session where you can stop hovering and overthinking, and start shaping one real piece of work – with guidance, structure, and momentum, right there in the room rather than sometime later.
It’s the moment where ideas stop floating around half-formed and start behaving like real work.
This isn’t a talk, a masterclass, or a webinar. There are no slides and no motivational theatre you’re expected to decode afterwards. The session is built for doing, not listening.
You can arrive with something fuzzy, stuck, unfinished, or avoided. You leave having done something concrete – clarified, shaped, decided, or built – and with a clear sense of what the next move is.
This is a working session, not a watch-and-nod situation.
You’ll come into the room with one thing you want to work on. Or one thing you want to try. Or something you want to test and see if it holds up. Whatever you’re curious to shape. Not your entire business, not your whole life – just one piece of work that’s been stuck, fuzzy, or dragging on longer than it should.
I’ll guide the session live and set the framework we’ll work within, so the space has shape and the time has purpose. Along the way, I’ll offer prompts and questions, and introduce just enough structure to help things move. There will be moments of individual focus, moments where I step in to help you sharpen something, and moments where someone else’s question unlocks your own.
You won’t be put on the spot, and you won’t disappear into the background either. This is designed to feel contained, purposeful, and calm – like a studio should.
You don’t need to prepare slides, documents, or anything polished. Just bring the thing you want to move forward, and be willing to work on it while you’re there.
The session runs for around 60–90 minutes. You’re welcome to stay for the whole thing, and you can step away earlier if you need to.
You’ll leave with something done, not just thought about, and a clear sense of where to go next.
This session is for people who have something on their hands, and are probably sitting on it.
Not a vague ambition or a someday idea – but a real piece of work that needs shaping, deciding, or moving forward. It might be early, messy, half-formed, or stuck at an awkward junction. That’s fine. That’s normal. We like that stuff.
It’s for people who like movement, and who know that clarity doesn’t arrive from watching more things or collecting more notes. You don’t need to be confident or certain. You just need to be willing to engage with the work while you’re there.
It’s a good fit if you want focused time, light structure, and a calm, purposeful space where something can actually take form.
This session isn’t for people looking for a passive, sit-back experience. There’s no performance – even though I can be highly entertaining and I promise it will be fun – and there’s no step-by-step blueprint or guarantee that someone will tell you exactly what to do.
If what you want right now is motivation or reassurance without action, this may not be the right room. This is not for people looking for quick hacks. This session isn’t for people looking for a passive, sit-back experience. This session builds naturally from that way of thinking.
If you missed it, the First Thing is still available, and you’re welcome to watch it beforehand if you have time. You’ll find the link inside once you’re signed up.

🟩 strategic, practical work (without templates or formulas)
🟩 a calm space to focus without pressure

During the session, you’ll be guided to:
🟩 lay out everything currently pulling at your attention
🟩 notice what’s actually alive vs what’s just noisy

You’ll work at your own pace, in a room that’s designed for focus.
Cameras on if you can – presence matters here.
This session is a taste of how the Studio works.
The Studio is a longer-term working environment for people who want to think clearly, choose deliberately, and finish meaningful work without burning themselves out.
I’ll be opening a small founders group later in February. If this session resonates, you’ll hear about it.

I’m Fabrizia Costa. I work with creative professionals who have more ideas than attention, and want to finish the work that actually matters.
Stop F*cking About is the way I help people choose a direction, make decisions, and move without overthinking. This session is a small, focused entry point into that way of working.
